Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement

When EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Company") collects personal data or any information from you through the web page situated at (the "Website"), it is the Company's policy to comply fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong) which regulates the treatment of personal data and information. Personal data is any information relating to any living individual from which it is possible to identify that individual. In dealing with personal data, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the standards of security and confidentiality prescribed by the laws of Hong Kong.

This Statement explains our practice in relation to the collection, retention, storage and sharing of personal data.
1. Collection of Personal Data and Information

1.2 In addition to any specific purpose, the Company may at anytime use the Collected Information for its internal statistical research and analysis. The Company may also use and share with its marketing communications and operations partners and related merchants the Collected Information for the marketing of their respective products and services and for providing you with information and materials about such products and services or other upcoming events. At the time of collection of such information from you, you will be given the option to opt-out from receiving such information and materials. Your express consent will be needed before we use the relevant Collected Information provided by you in this different manner.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail over the Chinese version which is provided for information purposes only.
